Your new REV Credit Card not only features a sleek design, it’s also loaded with features to help enhance your purchasing power. Bonus! Your current Heritage Trust Credit Cards will be automatically disabled on September 30th.
FAQs
Your current Credit Card will continue to work until 11:59 p.m. on June 21st. To avoid any disruptions, cardholders are encouraged to activate the new REV Credit Card once it has been received.
To activate your card, simply call 800.290.7893 and follow the prompts. Please note that primary account holders will need the last 4-digits of their social security number and their 6-digit date of birth.
Yes. Your card number, the expiration date, and card verification value (CVV) will change. To avoid potential disruptions of service, please update any automatic payments you may have set-up with your new card details. This includes updating your card details within Mobile Wallet.
Yes. Members will be required to call 800.290.7893 to activate your new Credit Card. During the call, you will be prompted to select the option to set-up a new PIN.
Yes. To opt-out of receiving a new Credit Card, call 800.845.5550 or visit any REV branch. The deadline to opt-out is May 17th.
Important note: If you choose to opt out of receiving a new Credit Card you will forfeit your rewards.
Yes. If the joint-owner currently has an HT Rewards Credit Card, they will also receive a new REV Credit Card.
If you are listed as a joint-owner of an account and receive a new REV Credit Card, you will need the last 4-digits of the primary member’s social security number and their 6-digit date of birth to finalize the activation process.
New REV Credit Cards will be mailed to existing cardholders beginning May 17th.
If you have not received your new credit card by June 4th, please contact a REV Team Member by calling 800.845.5550.
With the new REV MasterCard® program, rates will change from a fixed rate feature to a variable rate feature. This means that the Annual Percentage Rate and term of your Mastercard® loan may change due to fluctuations of the Prime Interest Rate. If the Prime rate changes during a fiscal quarter, your rate will change on the 1st of the following month.
Important Note: When you receive your new REV branded Credit Card, your rate will be the same as your current card.
