eStatements now features a new look and feel! The updated portal includes improved navigation making it easier than ever to view all of your documents in one place.

FAQs

No. If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, you will not have to re-enroll. Heads up! The first time you click on the eStatement menu, you will be prompted to re-consent. Don’t worry, it’s just a simple click of a button. 

You’ll continue to access your eStatements within Digital Banking.  

  • From the app, select More in the bottom right corner and select eStatements from the options menu.  
  • From your desktop, login to Online Banking. Click Financial Services from the top tool bar and select eStatments from the options menu. 

Yes. To change over to paper statements, click on User Menu in the top tool bar, select Preferences, then click the pencil icon to edit and select the Mail option. Don’t forget to click Save before you exit.

Heads up! There is a fee for paper statements.  

Yes. If you are registered for Online Banking and choose not to go paperless, there is a fee. For details on this fee, click here to review REV’s Online and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure. 

Fifteen months of archived documents will be available. Going forward, eStatements, notices and tax forms and other forms will be archived for up to 18 months.

If you are using the Safari or Firefox web browsers, please ensure you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

Yes. You will automatically be enrolled for notifications, so no additional action is needed on your end. When a new document is available, you’ll receive an email notification.

Yes! With the eStatement open, click File in the top left corner. Then select Save a Copy from the options menu.
