If your loan payment is not received on the scheduled due date, your payment will show as late in Digital Banking. As part of the System Upgrade, you’ll now see the past due loan amount combined with your next scheduled payment. Our new system is forward-thinking and provides a clear view on what is due, interest, principal as well as when to include late fees.
Check out the examples below of a past due Car Loan and a past due Mortgage Loan:
- Rest assured that any pre-scheduled payments will post on the following business day.
- Grace period still applies past the due date.
