REV SYSTEM UPGRADE: WHAT TO EXPECT
Save the Date
Save the Date
REV will be conducting a system upgrade the weekend of April 1st. We’re taking care of all the heavy lifting, but wanted to give you a sneak peek on what’s to come.
Over the weekend of April 1st, there will be a brief downtime that may affect you. Rest assured, you will have access to your funds during this time. Debit and credit cards will continue to work as usual, but members will not be able to access Digital Banking starting Friday, March 31st at 5:30pm EST through Monday, April 3rd. Don’t worry. We’ll post all direct deposits to your accounts on Friday, before the upgrade begins. Your accounts will show any transactions from the weekend by Tuesday, April 4th.

Viewing Joint Accounts
Viewing Joint Accounts
You will be able to see your entire relationship with REV in one view! Starting April 3rd, all of the accounts you are an Owner of, including joint accounts, will be visible in Digital Banking under one login. Anyone who is a Joint Account Owner on any of your accounts, will be able to view those accounts in Digital Banking with their own personal login. Check out this example:
The benefit of this enhancement is that you will be able to see your entire relationship with REV in one view!
What’s Staying the Same?
Most of the items you access daily will not be affected at all by the upgrade!
- You won’t need to replace debit cards, credit cards, and/or checks. They’ll all function as usual.
- Automatic payments (ACH), direct deposits, and scheduled transfers will continue
to post with no changes required. - Your Digital Banking username and password will remain the same and there are
no changes to the REV mobile app. - You’ll continue to use your current PINs for debit cards and credit cards,
as well as REVline, our interactive telephone banking system.

Digital Banking
After the upgrade period, there are a few things that might look a little different when you view your accounts online or in the REV mobile app:
- Accounts may display in a different order than what you’re used to seeing. After the upgrade period, you’ll have the option to change the order within Digital Banking. From the desktop version of Digital Banking, simply click My Accounts, then Settings to edit.
- Hidden accounts may be visible after the upgrade. Don’t worry. If you still want specific accounts hidden, click My Accounts, then Settings in the desktop version of Digital Banking.
- The last 4 digits of account numbers may display differently in Digital Banking. This is just for our reference. Your account number will not change and there is no further action you’ll need to take.
