REV will be performing pre-scheduled maintenance to digital banking Tuesday, July 14th .

Digital banking (online & mobile app) will be unavailable from noon to 4pm.

ACTION STEPS:

Verify your authentication info via Mobile App:

Log into your app and navigate to More > Settings > My Settings > Security Options. Confirm that your phone number and e-mail are up-to-date to re-authenticate your account after the update.

Verify your authentication info via Online Banking:

Log in to your account and navigate to My Settings (in the top right corner) and scroll down to Security Options to confirm that your phone number and e-mail are up-to-date to re-authenticate your account after the update.

After the maintenance window takes place you will see the re-authentication prompt (shown here) and will be able to log back into your account once completed.
