Riegelwood Credit Card FAQs
You can activate your new REV Mastercard® Credit Card any time after 7:00 a.m. EST on Sunday, October 30th.
By the way, your current Riegelwood Visa® Credit Card will continue to function as usual until it is automatically deactivated at midnight on Saturday, October 29th.
Your existing card balance will transition to your new REV Mastercard® Credit Card. On Monday, October 31st, you will be able to log in to
REV Digital Banking to view your new REV Mastercard® Credit Card and set up new payment options.
No matter how you choose to pay your credit card bill, REV keeps it simple and easy with multiple payment options:
- Call REV at 800.845.5550 to set up a one-time or recurring payment to your REV Mastercard® Credit Card.
- Mail your payment to REV Federal Credit Union at P.O. Box 4521, Carol Stream, IL 60197-4521.
- Log in to REV Digital Banking to set up a one-time or recurring transfer from your REV account. You can also select the
Pay Loan from Outside Account option from the Move Money tab in REV Digital Banking. - Pay your REV Mastercard® Credit Card bill through another financial institution’s bill pay feature. You will use
the credit card number as your account number and include the following address for payments:

No. Starting Sunday, October 30th you will have to re-establish any scheduled recurring payments. Heads up! If you do not re-establish
these payments, you may experience a disruption in service or receive late fees. Simply update your existing payment details with your
new REV Mastercard® Credit Card.
Cashback Rewards earned October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, were credited to Riegelwood Visa® Classic Cashback cardholders on October 3rd. Any points earned after October 1, 2022, will transfer to the cardholder’s new REV Rewards Mastercard® by November 30th.
New CashBack Rewards Through Scorecard®
REV CashBack through Scorecard® is our new rewards program offering cash back rebates for qualifying purchases. CashBack earnings will be issued as an automatic monthly statement credit.
Heads Up! This summer, Cardholders will be able to view and redeem rewards monthly. We’re rolling out this option later to ensure all of your existing points transfer correctly. Don’t worry, you’ll continue to earn rewards on all purchases during this time.
If you have multiple cards under one member number, the points for each card will be combined and posted to the primary card number.
New Features within Digital Banking
Yes. You can view transactions in near real time through REV Digital Banking. Simply log in to Digital Banking and click Manage Cards > Credit Card.
From the REV App, select the More menu > My Account Options > Credit Card
