Credit Card System Upgrade

REV is transitioning to a new credit card system. With this transition come new credit card options, sleek new card designs and an enhanced rewards program. Our new system will be live on March 28th.

In addition, Cardholders will now have access to near real time transaction history, view and redeem rewards, card activation, PIN selection, balance transfers and make a payment from the convenience of Digital Banking.

Existing Cardholders can expect little impact.

Heads Up! If you have a new REV Credit Card that has not been activated yet, the clock is ticking! You will be unable to activate new cards between March 24th and March 28th.

During this transition, REV will not issue new Credit Cards starting March 11th through March 30th. You’re welcome to apply during this time, just remember it may take longer than usual to receive your new card.

Heads Up! During this time, we will be unable to replace lost or stolen cards as well.

New CashBack Rewards Through Scorecard®

REV CashBack through Scorecard® is our new rewards program offering cash back rebates for qualifying purchases. CashBack earnings will be issued as an automatic monthly statement credit.

Heads Up! This summer, Cardholders will be able to view and redeem rewards monthly. We’re rolling out this option later to ensure all of your existing points transfer correctly. Don’t worry, you’ll continue to earn rewards on all purchases during this time.

REV now offers 1% CashBack on purchases using the REV Rewards or REV Business Credit Cards. Rewards can be earned on any purchase. Balance transfers and cash advances are not eligible for rewards.

Log in to Digital Banking, click on the Credit Card tab, then select Rewards. It’s that easy!
Available funds will automatically post as a statement credit to the credit card account. Bonus! There is no new login information needed to view your rewards.

For now, CashBack Rewards will be issued as an automatic statement credit each month. This summer, Cardholders will select the account to receive CashBack Rewards during the redemption process. You will have the option to choose from any of your REV accounts or an account at another financial institution. Any CashBack Rewards not redeemed by the end of the month will automatically post as a statement credit. 

Yes! If you have existing reward points, they will be transitioned to the REV CashBack through Scorecard® program. All of your points will be waiting behind the scenes, but you will see the combined total starting April 25th.

If you have multiple cards under one member number, the points for each card will be combined and posted to the primary card number.

If you have available points that you would like to redeem, the clock is ticking. Cardholders will be unable to redeem existing points after Thursday, March 24th.   

New Features within Digital Banking

Yes. You can view transactions in near real time through REV Digital Banking. Simply log in to Digital Banking and click on the Credit Card tab.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) & Payment

On March 28th, you will be required to re-establish any:

  • Recurring transfers (like transferring a payment from your REV Checking or Savings account to your Credit Card)
  • Scheduled transfers using the Pay Loan From Outside Account option within REV Digital Banking
  • REV Credit Card payments that were originally set up while visiting a branch
  • Existing payments to a REV Credit Card setup through REV’s Bill Pay option

Heads up! When you set up any of the payment options listed above, you will use the Credit Card number as your account number and include the following new address for payments:

Also, you will not be able to create new recurring transfers starting March 21st through March 27th.

Don’t worry, this address will be included on your credit card statement.
Heads up! If you pay your REV Credit Card bill through another financial institution’s bill pay feature, you will need to update this address on or after March 28th. If you plan to mail your payment, be sure to include the payment coupon included with your statement and send to the address above.
