Our Story

REV Federal Credit Union was founded in 1955 and is now one of the largest credit unions in the greater Charleston Metro area with $650 MM in assets and serving over 70,000 members. With trust as a core value, REV offers a full suite of products to include savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, investment options, business solutions and real estate and commercial lending.

REV Federal Credit Union has 15 branch locations that serve members in both South Carolina and North Carolina. In 2020, the credit union will add its 11th full-service location in the WestEdge development in downtown Charleston. In addition to its full service locations, REV is the only financial institution in the Charleston Metro region to operate student-run branches. These locations are an extension of each schools respective Business and Finance career tracks and are located within Cane Bay High School, Goose Creek High School, Philip Simmons High School and R.B. Stall High Schools.
