3% down payment still requires more than putting zero down, however, aiming for and reaching a savings goal for 3% down can help you get a head start on building equity before moving into your new home.
REV provides up to $5,000 toward your closing costs!
This credit will offset the fees associated with closing on your home. Third party fees can add up, REV wants to help you save more of your hard earned cash.
No PMI, or private mortgage insurance, requirement
No PMI means a lower monthly payment for you. Though typically required with a less than 20% down payment, REV doesn’t require it, making your home even more affordable.
Flexibility and predictability with a 30-year fixed rate
Interest rate remains the same throughout life of the loan. This means lower, more affordable monthly payments so you may be able to pay a little more than what you owe each month.
