Whenever we walk into the branch, the staff makes us feel like VIPs. They go out of their way to say, ‘Good afternoon, Mr. Eadie – hope you’re doing well,’ even when there are 20 people in line.
The tellers at the counter always recognize me and say hello. They don’t have to, but they do, and it makes me feel good.
They’re very friendly. Sometimes I bring 30 plus checks, and I know it’s a lot to process, but nobody ever complains or says anything negative. They’re always helpful and kind.
