2026 REV Board of Directors Nominations

Tina Doscher, Troy Draughn, Donald Smith and Michael Wood have been selected by the Nominating Committee to run for the Board of Directors for REV Federal Credit Union. There are four vacancies in this year’s election. Nominations for the board are also accepted via petition. Any REV member who is at least 18 years of age and in good standing may run for election by obtaining the signatures of 500 eligible REV members. Applications and petition forms are available at all branches of REV Federal Credit Union and must be submitted to the President’s office by February 6, 2026. The election will not be conducted by mail ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled.

Tina Doscher has over 30 years’ experience in the financial industry in the areas of internal audit, credit analysis, branch operations and management, collections, training, business development, public relations, and marketing. She serves on various committees for MUSC and currently serves on the Board of Directors for REV Federal Credit Union. Ms. Doscher received her Master’s in Business Administration from Mercer University.

Troy Draughn served 30 years in the United States Air Force and retired from active duty in 1996 after serving three years as the Charleston Air Force Base Command Chief. Mr. Draughn continued to work at Joint Base Charleston as the Director of Housing air side until his retirement in December 2014. He is an Elder for East Cooper Baptist Church and a group leader for Bible Study Fellowship. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, graduating Cum Laude from Southern Wesleyan University.

Donald Smith is Director of Community Relations for Hendrick Charleston. He has served the Hendrick Automotive Group for over 30 years with various positions as Sales Person, Sales Manager, Retail Operation Manager, and as General Manager for Rick Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. He volunteers with several organizations in Charleston including Ronald McDonald House, Low Country Food Bank, Dorchester Habitat for Humanity, Military Magnet Academy, Be a Mentor, and Youth Apprenticeship Trident Tech.

Michael Wood is a Wealth Manager / Principal for Asset Integration Consultants. He has more than two decades of success in wealth management, commercial banking, and business consulting. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Experimental Statistics. Mr. Wood’s community affiliations include the Greater Summerville / Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center, and Rotary Club of Summerville.
