REV Welcomes Patrick Kelly as Chief Digital Information Officer to Expand Modernization Efforts.

REV has appointed Patrick Kelly Chief Digital Information Officer to lead its next phase of technology strategy. Kelly will oversee digital and data, playing an integral role in growing member engagement, enhancing the overall digital experience, and leveraging data as an asset.

Five years ago, President and CEO Jason Lee outlined a technology roadmap that led to a full rebuild of REV’s technology infrastructure. With that foundation in place, Kelly’s arrival signals a shift from reconstruction to scaling, moving the organization toward innovation and expanding secure, useful digital services for members.

Kelly joins REV from FIS, where he led digital products and payments. His career includes executive roles in digital and innovation at First Horizon Bank, USAA, Intuit and Bank of America. He served 10 years in the U.S. Navy and earned a degree in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, experiences that shaped his approach to technology and leadership.

“REV is approaching technology with a clarity and boldness that is rare in financial services. Too often, institutions hesitate or talk about digital change without truly understanding it. Credit unions especially can be slow to adapt. What impressed me about REV is its willingness to move first, to define what digital engagement should look like for members. I believe REV can set the standard.

Our senior management team looks forward to his leadership in positioning REV as a premier financial institution, where innovation, digital fluency and risk awareness are balanced to serve members responsibly.”
